RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

We only accept returns in consultation. Since all the pieces are handmade for your order, please choose carefully. If accepted any unwanted items can be shipped/postmarked within 7 days of receipt. Returned items must remain in their unused and original condition. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs including duties. We highly recommend you to insure your return shipment as Vinvinne cannot be held liable for lost or damaged return packages.

If you wish to return or exchange an item contact info@vinvinne.com. Once you have received a confirmation from us, please send the package to the address you will receive in the confirmation e-mail. As items are handmade and uniquely shaped, all pieces could differ slightly from your expectations created by our images. Please take this into account while ordering. In case you are insecure about your ring size tell us or visit a local jewellery store to be properly sized, feel free to contact us anytime.
