This website is managed by Anneloes Gerdien van der Vinne. Following terms apply to all users of www.vinvinne.com. The terms are valid for all future transactions between you and www.vinvinne.com. These terms and conditions apply to the sales of jewellery or other products by Vinvinne to private individuals. www.vinvinne.com is directed exclusively to private individuals. Vinvinne reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions.

Disclaimer
Vinvinne cannot guarantee that all items displayed at www.vinvinne.com are in stock by the time of your order. In case an item of your order is out of stock, we will contact you by e-mail. Vinvinne cannot guarantee that the content of www.vinvinne.com is at all time free of inaccuracies or typographical errors, or up-to-date. Vinvinne is allowed to, at any time, change the site’s content, incorrect pricing and items available in the product range. Errors may occur, even though Vinvinne always strives to display the correct texts, images and pricing on the site and webshop. In case you have been charged the wrong amount when shopping from www.vinvinne.com, we will be given the option of placing a new order with the correct price or full cancellation of the order. If we cannot get in touch with you, we will cancel your order automatically. A problem-free, uninterrupted and secure access to the site cannot be guaranteed by Vinvinne. Vinvinne cannot be held responsible for any damage caused from using the site or from not being able to use the site.
