All items are handmade with quality and care. We only work with alloys of the precious metals: 925 sterling silver and 14k gold. Precious metals are relatively soft. Not only they are special because of their rarity, they are also considered valuable due to their chemical and physical properties.

Sterling silver 925 is a composition containing 92,5% silver, and is the most durable and valuable silver for jewellery. 14 karat specifically refers to the metal mix that contains 58.5% gold. Gold in itself is softer, so the alloy is needed to strengthen the composition and make it wearable (daily). The material value of all of our pieces is verified. We can arrange to let them be marked with 925 or 585 stamp. The same goes with our responsibility mark. One might compare the responsibility mark with a goldsmith signature. Prices vary and are borne by the consumer. 

We only work with recycled silver and gold. We feel responsible to use precious metals that are already in circulation, it is very hard to trace down originally mined precious metals and by reusing materials we think we do better for the earth. We do support recycling processes, thats why we we love to transform your old jewellery into a new pieces. So if you have any heritage or other old jewellery, don’t hesitate to reach out. We can also buy old (golden) pieces from you which you no longer wear. 

Vinvinne quality guarantee covers manufacturing defects. Eventually, over time dents and scratches will slide into the surface of precious metals and colours will slightly change. These are not considered a defect, but just a sign of normal wear and tear. We cannot be held liable for any of these changes, defects or damage.
