RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

We accepts returns and/or exchanges within 7 days. Since all the pieces are handmade for your order, please choose carefully. Any unwanted items can be shipped/postmarked within 7 days of receipt. Returned items must remain in their unused and original condition. Vinvinne only accepts returns if the labels and original packaging are fully intact. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs including duties. We highly recommend you to insure your return shipment as Vinvinne cannot be held liable for lost or damaged return packages.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, you can request a return authorisation by contacting us at info@vinvinne.com. Once you have received a confirmation from us, please send the package to the address you will receive in the confirmation e-mail. As items are handmade and uniquely shaped, all pieces could differ slightly from your expectations created by our images. Please take this into account while ordering. In case you are insecure about your ring size, visit a local jewellery store to be properly sized or feel free to contact us.
